Match Recap:

Archibald Peck was supposed to be in this match.  Kingston didn’t start the match out.  Everyone but Facade almost immediately ended up on the floor.  Facade then took them out with an Asai 450.  Kingston then joined the match.  Younger immediately took out Kingston with a diving senton to the floor.  Kingston managed to come right back though and hit Younger with a release Northern Lights Suplex onto the entrance ramp.  Everyone but Younger did a five man headscissors spot.  Younger then hit Kingston with a double stomp.  Everyone traded some big moves.  Cannon killed Vega with a Buckle Bomb/lariat combination.  Younger hit Cannon with a brainbuster variation.  Kingston tossed Facade around.  Kingston was beating up Page, so Seleziya Sparx jumped up on the apron.  Kingston accidentally hit Sparx with a Backfist to the Future.  Kingston hit Cannon with a Yakuza. Younger hit Facade with a DVD on the apron.  Younger grabbed a chair, but Page immediately dropkicked the chair into his face.  Cannon and Kingston traded backdrop drivers.  Cannon hit Kingston with Total Anarchy: 1…2…NO!  Kingston then hit a pair of Backfists to the Future: 1…2…3!

This match was so much fun.  Everyone  looked good, and the action was exciting pretty much all the way through.  AIW is really good about making random/unique matches that you can’t get anywhere else.  It’s one of the things I like most about the promotion.  You should definitely check out this match.

About TJ Hawke

TJ was a fan of wrestling as a kid (starting around 1999), and his first concrete wrestling memory is some kid bringing Hulk Hogan his old yellow and red gear backstage during an episode of Nitro. Hogan needed the gear to defeat Kevin Nash in a title vs. career match at the next WCW PPV. Nash lost the match and his career, which sadly resulted in the world losing out on seeing Kevin Nash matches for the last 13 years. Like almost all young kids, TJ’s interest in wrestling fluctuated over the years until an episode of Raw on July 3, 2006. TJ was curious and excited to see his beloved RVD show up with the WWE Title belt and what he thought was the revitalized European title. TJ decided he must turn to the the internet to figure out what was going on. Almost 6 years later, TJ is still searching the internet every day to find out what is going on in wrestling. Now though, he writes for the pop culture site (411mania.com), has his own blog (The Best of Chikara), and is the creator of the very site you are reading now.
