Aaron complains that the Militia have spikes on their gear, leading to great pre match conversations. Steph and Sugar start the match off with back and forth holds. Sugar uses a Boondocks reference to get out of a hammerlock! Sugar seems very reluctant to battle the female wrestlers, so Epic gets in to fight Kay. Kay gets the upper hand and tosses Epic into their corner, where he is proceeded to get stomped on by both members of the MM. Kay teases Sugar then kicks Epic in the head. Kay lets loose with some sickening kicks to the chest. Steph comes in and gives Epic a unique combo of knees to the head followed by a faceplant. She crosses into a Last Chancery, but loses it quickly. Cheap tactics from the MM to put more pain on Epic. Kay holds him in a cravate and gives him knees to the face, good brutal moves here. Epic finally gets the upper hand with a double Flatliner! Sugar finally decides to fight the girls and proceeds to beat both members of the MM; giving Kay a lift spinebuster and Steph an inverted Bubba Bomb, leading to a nearfall. Aaron comes in with an STO to Steph, and a Northen Lights Bomb on Kay! 1…2…No! Steph saves the match! Kay and Epic on the top rope, Kay hits a avalanche sunset flip, follows it up with a cutthroat side suplex she calls the AK-47! 1…2…3! Midwest Militia are your winners!
Good tag team match, definitely watch without commentary for the back and forth banter from the competitors. Kay looked very strong here, and proves why she’s a multiple champion right now. Her strikes are as stiff as anyone could deliver. Epic looked good as well. Not his best, but it is very hard to get a bad match from him. Sugar was entertaining, as always. Sassy Steph didn’t impress me too much, but she didn’t have a lot of spots or time.

Thoughts from TJ Hawke:
I found this match to be pretty flat. The crowd for this match was just completely non-existent in terms of engagement. I like that the Midwest Militia won the match though. Women being portrayed as equals to men in wrestling is something that needs to be considered standard and completely normal. #KOA are a really sound tag team that should be popping up in more places.
